Suggestion
The recent drought made it clear: Future development must include plans to capture water where it falls, whether in earthworks or rain tanks, so that we can put more water in the bank than we take out. If that impedes commercial development and suburban sprawl, well I don't think the people who love Blanco for its small town charm will have a problem with that. It is more important to keep our springs flowing anyhow.
