Not sure, but I agree that this needs to be mentioned--we only mentioned rates from 2000 to 2020. Noted!

Agreed. This all should tie into the county's Emergency Managment and/or Hazard Mitigation Plans.
One aspect of this is that the city cannot act alone on trying to be "resilient". The city must work with the county and the other cities in the area to work on a plan.
The city needs to hold monthly test.
Zoning and setting a goal for the city can hopefully bring more jobs to the city

Again, we should look at the scenic corridor and figure out how we can get an identity for area.
maybe even look into creating a river plan? like finding out ways to really develop our river parks to bring in more people to the parks.
