I suggest deleting the fourth recommendation concerning incentives. I am in favor of containing population growth so would rather see no incentives for developers. Additionally, developing the higher topographic areas takes away from the landscape scenery and also puts more development in areas prone to wildfires. I recommend adding information concerning wildfire danger to this document.

Please NO High Rise Buildings. They ruin views and are ugly. Development should blend in with the natural central texas landscape.
